How to order

Ordering items on our site is really simple:

1) Click on one of the categories in the left menu to view the list of available items.

2) Click on one of the products to view all the information on the item: description, images and features.

3) To put an item in your shopping cart, simply click on the "Add to cart" button and insert the desired quantity.

4) To complete your order, simply click on the "Your cart" link, then click the "Proceed to checkout" button and follow the on-screen instructions.

» To remove an item added to your cart by mistake, click on the "Remove" button next to the line describing the item ordered.

How to make payment

» Payment with PayPal: by selecting this payment method, your browser will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website to carry out the transaction; once the payment is completed you will automatically return to our site. The times of accreditation/reception are immediate.

» Payment by credit card, prepaid card, Postepay: it is possible to pay with any credit card, prepaid card and Postepay.
Payments are accepted with the following cards: POSTEPAY, VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MASTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CARTA AURA, etc...
Payments are managed in complete security by the Shopify gateway or Paypal. The times of accreditation/reception are immediate.

» Payment by bank transfer: in the order form you will find all the details to make the payment, details that you will find in the e-mail message you will receive in confirmation of the order. In case of bank transfer, the goods will leave only after the actual crediting to our current account. It is recommended to communicate via email once the payment has been made. The times for crediting/receiving are on average 1-2 working days.

» Payment with PostePay top-up: in the order form you will find all the details for making the payment, you don't need to have any card, you'll just have to top up ours at any authorized tobacconist's or post office. You will also find the data in the e-mail message you will receive to confirm the order. Once the payment has been made, please kindly inform us by email or by telephone the post office or tobacconist and the time of payment, in order to avoid mistakes and delays in shipment. The times of accreditation/reception are immediate.

» Payment via Scalapay: if you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 instalments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize this transfer.

Condition of the Order

Once the purchase has been made, the chosen item is immediately reserved in the name of the Customer.
In order to avoid the indefinite constraint of the reservation of the model, the payment must be received no later than 3 days from the purchase, after which the procedure for canceling the order will be started. Unless otherwise communicated by the customer and relative acceptance by the Staff of Kikki Srls.

How much is shipping

The products displayed on this site are delivered throughout Italy and abroad by express courier.

The courier used in most shipments is Brt.
For smaller islands, lagoons or disadvantaged zip codes, Sda or Gls can be used.

Shipping costs in Italy are free for purchases over 49 euros, 9 euros for purchases under 49 euros, 9 euros for express shipments and 12 euros for insured express shipments.

To find international shipping costs, place a product in your cart and select "Estimate shipping and taxes".
Depending on the options, the costs vary from 5 to 50 euros.

For non-EU shipments, the goods are sent with a regular receipt, therefore 22% VAT is applied.
Any costs and/or customs duties for non-EU shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery in 24 / 48 hours

Delivery in 24 / 48 hours means for items purchased and paid for using an immediate credit method by 12:30 with delivery expected in Italy.
For islands, disadvantaged postcodes, smaller islands, the time required can vary from 48 to 72 hours.
Kikki Srls is not responsible for any delays in transit during the shipping service.
Transit times may vary, particularly during holidays.
Hours refer to working days.

Delivery times in the European Union are on average 2-3 working days and the courier used is Dpd.

Delivery times for non-European areas are on average 4-8 working days.

All prices published on the kikkiline.it website are inclusive of VAT. Transport costs are excluded. Prices, products and features on this site may change without notice.

Invoicing: A receipt will be issued for each order, which can be used as a document certifying the validity of the guarantee. In the event that the Customer requires invoicing, a specific request must be made at the time of the order. In this case, the invoice issued will be attached to the receipt.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

Kikki Srls offers its customers a money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can send them back, as required by current legislation (Legislative Decree 206/2005) within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt:

Indicating the intention to withdraw, the order number and the model purchased.

» The products must be returned intact, NOT USED AND NOT WORN, placed in their original packaging complete in all its parts (box, certificates, tags, warranty, etc.) with adequate external packaging carefully sealed.

» The transport costs for returns remain the responsibility of the buyer.

» By exercising the right of withdrawal, you can choose from one of the following options:

* replacement of the goods.
* re-crediting of the money, exclusively with traceable methods; the refund concerns the price of the product and will be made within 3 days of receipt of the returned goods, subject to verification of integrity.

If the goods are not suitable for reimbursement and return, the item will be returned to the customer by charging the relative transport costs.

In all cases of returning the goods, the transport costs are charged to the Customer (Article 67).

In the event of the return of defective goods, the costs relating to the return for the replacement of the product are borne by Kikki Srls.

Refund of the fee

Kikki Srls will reimburse the cost indicated in the purchase order, or that relating to the products for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised, within 3 working days following receipt of such.

Before issuing the refund or before proceeding with the replacement of the disputed goods, the Kikki Srls company will proceed to check the returned material to ascertain the applicability of the guarantee.

No returns will be accepted unless previously authorized by Kikki Srls


The exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute arising from or in connection with the Terms belongs to the judge of the place where the registered office of Kikki Srls is established.

How to behave upon delivery of the product

To make our service even better, please check the condition of the packaging upon delivery.

If the package is not perfectly intact, collect it with reserve, or next to the signature on the delivery note, write the words "WITHDRAWN WITH RESERVE, damaged package" .

In the event that the package is seriously damaged in such a way as to also cause damage to the internal content, refuse the goods by asking to put the words "REFUSED GOODS, damaged package" on the delivery note.

Also check the correspondence in the number of packages.

Any disputes must be raised immediately to the carrier upon delivery, otherwise the product is considered correctly delivered.

Keep the invoice and the delivery note as valid documents for guaranteeing the goods.
