General conditions of sale for online purchases
Kikki Srls, with headquarters in Via Dante N. 224, 47838, Riccione (RN), VAT number 04448610404 , makes all the items available for online purchase through its website, of which it is the exclusive owner.

General notes
These general conditions of sale ("General Conditions") are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) and by the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree No. 70/2003).
The Customer (hereinafter "Customer") is invited to consult these General Conditions according to the preferred methods.

Offer to the public
The Products and related Prices presented on the Site constitute an offer to the public in accordance with the methods specified in the General Conditions and on the Site itself. The conditions of this offer apply only to purchases made on the Site.

Prices
All Prices include VAT.
Delivery costs (hereinafter "Delivery Costs") are charged to the Customer and adequately highlighted in the Purchase Order (hereinafter "Purchase Order").
The price shown on the site at the time of confirmation of shipment is applied to the products, without any consideration of previous offers or any subsequent price changes.

Order
Purchase Orders must be placed online through the order procedure (hereinafter the "Order Procedure") on the Site.
In order to proceed with the conclusion of the Purchase Order, the Customer must provide the requested personal data, necessary to be able to make the purchase.
The Customer correctly concludes the Order Procedure if no error message is highlighted on the Site.
The Purchase Agreement will be considered concluded upon receipt of the Order by Kikki Srls
In this case KikkiLine Calzature will acknowledge receipt of the Order by sending an order confirmation e-mail (hereinafter "Order Confirmation") to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This Confirmation will summarize the Products purchased, the relative Prices (including delivery costs), the delivery address, the order number (hereinafter "Order Number") and the General and Particular Conditions applicable to the Order .
The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data contained in the Order Confirmation and to communicate any corrections to Kikki Srls within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receiving it. Possible increases in expenses caused by errors in the data not reported in a timely manner will be charged to the Customer.
The Order Number, generated by the automated system and communicated by Kikki Srls, must be used by the Customer in any communication with Kikki Srls
It is possible that occasionally the unavailability of some Products may occur, in this case, if the Products chosen by the Customer are not available, KikkiLine Calzature will promptly notify the Customer.

Payment by Cash on Delivery and on Delivery: Payment takes place upon delivery of the goods. The expected cost for this service is a supplement of 5 euros. The courier only accepts cash payment and cannot give change, therefore the exact amount is required; it also does not allow the package to be opened for inspection before payment. Before proceeding with the shipment, a telephone number is required where a person is always available to collect the package, and you will also be contacted by a Kikki Srls employee on the aforementioned number to request confirmation of the purchase and the chosen method of cash on delivery. The shipment takes place immediately after verifying the previous conditions.
Cash on delivery and payment on delivery are not made for shipments to smaller islands (La Maddalena, Lampedusa, Lipari, Elba Island, Capri, Anacapri, etc...), the Venice lagoon, Campione d'Italia and Livigno.
The cash on delivery is enabled for orders where the price of the product is higher than 35 euros.
However, the final acceptance of the order in this payment method remains at the discretion of Kikki Srls.
In case the package is refused or the transaction is not successful the Kikki Srls company will be forced to request a reimbursement of expenses of 50.00 euros which will be used to cover all shipping, storage and communication costs. The reimbursement costs must be paid within 5 days from the date of the request by bank transfer. Failure to pay the reimbursement of expenses or the unavailability of the debtor user will see the company Kikki Srls forced to contact a credit recovery company which will recover the credit through legal channels, in this case, the costs of competence of the company in question.

How much is shipping
The products displayed on this site are delivered throughout Italy and abroad by express courier.
Shipping costs in Italy are free for purchases over 75 euros, 9 euros for purchases under 75 euros, 9 euros for express shipments and 12 euros for insured express shipments.
To find international shipping costs, place a product in your cart and select "Estimate shipping and taxes".
Depending on the options, the costs vary from 5 to 50 euros.
For non-EU shipments, the goods are sent with a regular receipt, therefore 22% VAT is applied.
Any costs and/or customs duties for non-EU shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery in 24 / 48 hours
Delivery in 24 / 48 hours means for items purchased and paid for using an immediate credit method by 12:30 with delivery expected in Italy.
For islands, disadvantaged postcodes, smaller islands, the time required can vary from 48 to 72 hours.
Kikki Srls is not responsible for any delays in transit during the shipping service.
Transit times may vary, particularly during holidays.
Hours refer to working days.
